Our most recent success story:
The Kelly Fleming Winery Estate
Engel & Völkers St. Helena-Napa Valley Shop exclusively brokered the sale of the ±286-acre Kelly Fleming Estate to Hundred Acre Wines. This sale marks the transfer of one of the most gorgeous wine estates in Napa Valley to a wine program that boasts more 100-point scores than any other in Napa Valley.
Kelly Fleming meticulously designed and built, with the famed architectural team at Taylor Lombardo, a timeless European-esque winery estate exquisitely complemented with exposed natural stone caves that rival the most beautiful in the valley. The estate home and guest home share the impressive design and construction elements as do the natural stone walls and hardscape throughout the estate.
The ±12-acres of hillside vineyard was originally developed by the famed Jim Barbour Vineyard Management team and over the years succeeded by other incredible vineyard managers such as Mike Wolf and most recently Wight Vineyard Management. Hundred Acre has brought back the Barbour team to manage the 2024 harvest and begin making subtle changes for 2025 that will best fit the Hundred Acre style and ethic they have are recognized for.
Hundred Acre has assembled the Fleming estate with its own ±115 acres, ±5 acres of which represent the “Few and Far Between” vineyard, also adjacent to the Latour (formerly Araujo Vineyard) and the renowned Frediani vineyard (now owned by Latour as well) to create a destination of wine growing excellence.
